Next, please email us at email@example.com to confirm your date is available. We will email you a Service Inquiry to fill out. This gives us all the information we need to compile either an invoice or an estimate for services. An estimate is often requested in cases of travel. Travel is based on timeline and the amount of services requested so there could be a couple options to choose from.
When an estimate is accepted, it will be converted into an invoice. The invoice will be emailed to you and your date will be held for 48 hours to give you some time to make the retainer payment. This invoice will be from Square. We require a 25% non-refundable retainer at time of booking and this can be paid right online!
Upon payment receipt, the contract will be emailed to you for electronic signature. This will be from Adobe Sign. Upon your signature, you will automatically receive a copy and your date will be confirmed! I’ll enter you into my booking software and you’ll get appointment confirmations. (If you are receiving on-site services, please disregard the location-it’s automatically added to every appointment.
Please remember, your date is not secured until both the non-refundable retainer has been paid and the contract has been signed.
